RS Medical selects Pilgrim for compliance and quality management

RS Medical, a provider of physician-prescribed pain and function services, has selected Pilgrim Software, a provider of enterprise compliance and quality management software services, as its automated service provider for documentation, CAPA/complaints handling and training management systems.
Pilgrim said that its SmartSolve modules provide RS Medical flexible services for managing risk, reducing errors and ensuring enterprise-wide compliance. In implementing SmartSolve, RS Medical's initiative is to drive process automation toward operational excellence for rapid value-stream improvements related to corporate quality and compliance, added Pilgrim.
Ron Merryman, senior vice president of operations at RS Medical, said: "Pilgrim's solution will provide the flexibility and scalability to easily integrate critical processes, and also provide a framework for continuous improvement under one quality system platform."
