LogLogic unveils Cloud Services business model

CBR Staff Writer Published 29 June 2010

Appointed Nadir Gulzar as vice president of Business Development and Cloud Services

LogLogic, a provider of security event management and log management offerings, has unveiled Cloud Services business model for service providers and appointed Nadir Gulzar as vice president of Business Development and Cloud Services.

The company claims that the complexities of large-scale distributed log management and compliance reporting services can be handled with the cloud offerings provided.

According to LogLogic, a combination of physical and virtual log management appliances enables service providers a way to capture and analyse log data separately and securely for each enterprise customer; and offers visibility, control and requirements of PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FISMA.

Mr Gulzar, said: "There are three main concerns that every business has when they consider a move to the cloud: multi-tenancy, security and visibility into where their data lives and goes. Log management plays a critical role in overcoming these concerns.

"Together with our service provider partners, we've developed a model that gives enterprise customers more visibility and control over their cloud-based infrastructure."
